Cleaning Process

When do we clean?

Our cleaning schedule is based on city collection pickup days. These days vary according to your area. We will contact you either by email or phone to set up the days appointment(s) after you sign-up for our service. You may select the number of months you wish to have done, from a one time clean, two months, etc. Up to 7 months. You may alternate the monthly service throughout the cleaning season. Our service runs from April - October, and we are closed over winter months.

What do I need to do?

Leave the bins that have been selected for cleaning service on your curbside, back alley, or end of the driveway on your scheduled cleaning day. Be sure to leave your bins empty until after cleaning. After cleaning is done we will have the bins turned handle facing curbside. Please note that there is no set time, and we may not arrive immediately after bins have been emptied as there are other customers scheduled that day, however, we will get to yours that same day.

How does it work?

Your bins are placed in our automated cleaning bay. Our high powered rotating heads wash your bins with 3000 psi of hot water using 75% less water than if you were to do it yourself with a garden hose. We recapture and recycle wastewater through a filtration system, and use a biodegradable, eco-friendly sanitizing solution leaving your bins clean inside and out.
